Once a mattress is purchased, the customer is eligible for a 100-night sleep trial.
The mattress must be kept for a minimum of 30 nights before initiating any exchange.
First Exchange (After 30 Nights / Within 100 Nights)
If the customer is not satisfied with their mattress after the first 30 nights—but before the 100-night trial ends—the following applies:
- The customer will be invited back into the store to select a replacement mattress.
- If the new mattress costs more than the original purchase price, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the new mattress costs less than the original purchase price, no refund or store credit will be issued.
- Delivery of the replacement mattress is provided at no charge.
Once the second mattress is delivered and installed:
- A new 100-night trial begins for the second mattress.
- The customer must keep the second mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting another exchange.
Final Exchange (Second & Last Exchange)
If the customer is not satisfied after 30 nights—but before the 100-night trial on the second mattress expires—the customer may complete one final exchange under the following conditions:
- The customer must return to the store to select a new mattress.
- If the new mattress costs more than the highest-priced mattress previously purchased, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the new mattress costs less, no refund or store credit will be issued.
- The customer is responsible for:
- $200 delivery fee
- $200 removal and return fee for the mattress being replaced
- Total due: $400, payable before delivery
Final Sale Terms
- This is the final exchange.
- No additional returns or exchanges will be honored.
- No refunds, credits, or money back will be issued under any circumstances after the final exchange.
- No refunds will be issued after the first, second, or third delivery. Exchanges only will be honored.
